Mr. Spy Technologies believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order before delivery ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Once product is delivered refunds will only be provided to the customer if product is found defective and we are not able to replace it with new product. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days from the date of initiating the refund process( Only in case of PayUMoney payments). Refunds not provided if you are not satisfied with the product.
- Every product has by default 1 month warranty. Some products have 1 year warranty and will be specified on product page itself.
- Warranty covers only functional defects like not recording video/audio/photos , led not blibking, not charging etc within the warranty period but do not cover any physical damage to the product or burnt pcb/chip.
If product is found defective please raise a Return/Replacement request from My Account Page ->Recent Order -> Return/Replace Product ( as shown in example image below)

Free reverse pickup will be arranged by us if defect is reported within 3 days of receiving the order. If defect is reported after 3 days then please send the device to our office address through speedpost/courier and we will dispatch the new product within 3 working days after receiving the old product. In this case one side courier spend has to be incurred by customer and other side by us.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing( with box) is intact when you send us the product back.
If product is found physically damaged, please report to us within 1 day of product delivered to you. We will replace it with new product after pickup of old product. Please note that after 1 day physical damage will be not be eligible for replacement or repair. Examples of physical damage are like button of spy pen broken and not able to press for recording etc
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
